  • It’s not unusual to find new build properties with the constitutional dozen utility pavers forming the patio and the rest laid to lawn to complete the landscape.
  • Our customer wanted to make use of space outside two patio doors with level paving creating that in/out dining experience. We also created a separate dining space for table and chairs which we built on a slight platform to create both a sense of occasion and stand out in the lawn space. 
  • A raised bed was constructed to the perfect height for perching on. Brick work and neighbouring garage walls were painted to lighten the feel.   
  • Bespoke Aluminium panels were made and installed with up lighting and planting to bases. 
  • All paving is Porcelain and a timber effect tile was used for the raised platform area.  As a result, paved areas are easy to maintain and smooth underfoot.
  • Planting is a combination of evergreen structural shrubs with seasonal colours. Additional electrical works consisted of numerous spike lights and up/down wall lighting all creating both effective mood lighting to dining space.
